This places a picture of your signature on the page. It is not a certificate-based digital signature: no software can cryptographically verify who signed, or prove the file has not changed since. Whether a signed PDF is accepted is a matter for the recipient and the rules they work under.
An Arabic name is drawn with its letters joined and running the right way, in the Arabic handwriting faces as well as the Latin ones — which is where tools that treat Arabic as an afterthought fall apart.
A signature you save stays in this browser, on this device. It is never uploaded, and the button in the tool deletes the saved ones whenever you want.
A photographed signature comes out best on white paper in good light. The background is removed for you, but a grey or shadowed photo can leave a faint square around the ink.

This tool draws a picture of your signature onto the page, which is what most everyday paperwork asks for. It is not a certificate-based digital signature: it does not prove who signed or that nobody changed the file afterwards. Whether a signature is binding depends on the law where you are and on what the other side accepts, so check before using it for anything important.
Can I sign PDF on iPhone or an Android phone?
Yes. Draw with your finger or a stylus; the drawing pad is made for touch. You can also type your name or upload a photo of your signature instead.
Does it work in Arabic?
Yes. A typed Arabic name is shaped properly, with the letters joined, and the whole tool is available in Arabic. There are Arabic handwriting styles as well as English ones.
Is my signature saved?
Only if you tick “Remember this signature on this device”. It is then kept in this browser only, on this device, and never uploaded. “Delete saved signatures” removes them at once, and clearing your browser data removes them too. Without the tick, the signature is forgotten when you close or reload the page.
Will the signed file look exactly like the preview?
Yes. The picture you see on the page is the one placed in the file, in the same spot, at the same size and angle, even on pages that were already turned.
Why can’t I open my password-protected PDF?
Protected files are encrypted, so their pages can’t be read or changed. Remove the password first, then open the file again.
