Reporting a problem

Because your files never reach us, we cannot see what went wrong unless you tell us. The most useful things to include are which tool you used, what you expected, what happened instead, and which browser and device you were on.

Please do not send us a private document to show the problem. If a file is needed, send one you are happy for someone else to read, or make a small copy with the private parts taken out.
