What to expect
Reversing takes the whole file. To move a few pages only, Rearrange pages lets you drag each one where it belongs.
Nothing on the pages changes and no page is turned. If your pages are sideways or upside down, the tool you want is Rotate PDF.
Links and bookmarks may now point at the wrong page, because the numbering has moved under them.

Why can’t I open my password-protected PDF?
Protected files are encrypted, so their pages can’t be read or moved. Remove the password first, then open the file again.
