Using the site

This site is run by Aysel Ventures LLC. It is free to use, with no account. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Use the tools only for lawful purposes and only on files you have the right to use. You are responsible for what you do with them and with the files you make.

Your files

Your files stay yours. They are processed on your own device and never sent to us, so we claim no rights in them and have no copy of them.

No guarantee

The tools are provided as they are, without any guarantee that they will suit your purpose, work without interruption, or give perfect results on every file. PDF files vary enormously and some will not come out as expected. Always keep a copy of your original file and check the result before relying on it.

Limits on our responsibility

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from using or being unable to use the site, including lost or damaged files, lost time or lost business. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that the law does not allow to be limited.

Signatures, watermarks and flattening

A signature added with Sign PDF is a picture of a signature, not a certified digital signature. Whether it is accepted for a particular purpose depends on the law where you are and on the person receiving it.

A watermark marks a document and flattening makes form answers part of the page, but neither locks a file against change. Do not rely on them for security.

Changes

We may change the tools, add or remove features, or update these terms. The current terms are always on this page, with the date they last changed at the top. Questions are welcome at contact@pdfsahl.com.
